OSHA Form 300A Posting Begins February 1 and Electronic Reporting Due March 2

Form 300A Posting (Feb 1 – Apr 30)
Covered employers that had 11 or more employees in the entire company at any point in 2025 are required to post the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Form 300A, Summary of Work-related Injury and Illnesses during February 1 though April 30, even if no recordable incidents in 2025.

Form 300A Electronic Submission (Due 3/2)
Establishments that had 250 or more employees in the prior calendar year, or 20–249 employees if they’re in certain high-risk industries, is considered “covered” and must submit their 2025 Form 300A data electronically using OSHA’s online Injury Tracking Application (ITA).

The size of each “establishment” (how many employees there are at a given physical location), not how many employees are in the entire company is the determining factor. Most employers that are covered by a State Plan must also use the ITA to send data electronically.

The deadline to submit the report is March 2, 2026.
